5. Booking and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Bookings
When you book a lesson through our Service, you enter into a direct agreement with the teacher. Polku acts as an intermediary platform.
5.2 Cancellations
- Students may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may result in partial or no refund
- Teachers must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations
6. Payment Terms
Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to:
- Provide valid payment information
- Pay all fees and charges at the time of booking
- Accept that Polku charges a service fee on transactions
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Polku and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
