What is Stripe, and are there additional fees?
Stripe is a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor that handles all transactions. Stripe charges 2.9% + 30c per transaction on top of Polku's platform fee. You never handle credit card data directly.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
After the 14-day Pro trial, your account automatically moves to Starter. Starter stays free, your data stays intact, and the limits become 10 Progress Receipts per month, 10 reminders per month, and an 8% platform fee.
